An Achievable Dream, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit organization that provides:

• Academic support and tutoring programs for students
• Social development and character education programs
• Mentoring services connecting students with caring adults
• Career preparation and workplace readiness training
• College readiness and application support
• Family engagement and support services

Our services are provided in partnership with schools in Virginia and are subject to program availability and eligibility requirements.

3. Eligibility

Program Participation

Eligibility for our student programs is determined by:

• Enrollment in a partner school
• Grade level requirements specific to each program
• Family income or socioeconomic criteria
• Availability of program capacity
• Completion of required enrollment documentation

We reserve the right to determine eligibility and enrollment in our programs at our sole discretion.

Volunteers and Mentors

Volunteers and mentors must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Pass a background check
• Complete required training
• Commit to the time requirements of the volunteer role
• Adhere to our code of conduct and policies

4. User Responsibilities

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AN ACHIEVABLE DREAM, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you donated to us, if any, or $100, whichever is greater.
